4 Reasons to Use AAADrive
Because everyone needs help to become a better driver.
AAADrive is a tool in the AAA Mobile app that’s helping more than 115,000 drivers become safer and smarter on the road. Here are four reasons you should use it, too:
1. Improve your driving skills
AAADrive monitors and scores your driving habits to let you know how you can improve. For example, after a drive it can remind you to remain calm and steady the next time you get behind the wheel and to avoid distractions from your phone.
2. Help establish a safe-driving conversation with a loved one
Invite family to your AAADrive Safety Circle. After they accept, you can help them be safe on the road by setting driving limits. For example, set a geographic boundary for your teens or older parents—if they drive outside the boundary, you’ll get an alert. You can also get alerts if they exceed a predetermined speed or drive during a certain time of the day.
3. Promote safe driving with your friends
Invite friends who use AAADrive into your Community. Once they accept, you can see one another’s AAADrive scores. Think of it as a friendly game of “Who’s the Safest Driver?”
4. Get an insurance discount
When you enroll in AAADrive in certain states, you’re eligible for a discount on your auto insurance premiums through AAA (not available in Minnesota). Additional discounts are offered if every driver on your policy participates, and based on your score—the more safely you drive, the more you save.
