At Ardent, chef-owner and James Beard Award nominee Justin Carlisle treats diners to a curated culinary journey through a multicourse tasting menu featuring dishes highlighting Wisconsin farms, leaning on seasonal ingredients and creative concepts presented with flair.

The intimate space has farmhouse-chic simplicity, and an open kitchen allows diners a peek at the process behind the elegant dishes that arrive at their tables.
