Explore this former mining town’s arts scene on regular art walks. The winter season kicks off with a mid-December event, followed by monthly events on the first Thursday of each month January through March.

Take an art class at Telluride’s center for artistic learning, located in the downtown’s Arts District. 

Telluride Ski Resort

Ski one (or more) of the 149 runs of this award-winning resort. Opening day is Nov. 23, and the season is expected to run through April 7.

The program includes familiar carols and a sing-along to Handel’s “Hallelujah Chorus,” Dec. 8 and Dec. 10
