Following are several member scenarios in which these new digital tools would prove handy.
It’s a big world out there, but the site covers most of it. You’ll find a page that asks you about your COVID-19 vaccination status, the country you’re traveling from, your destination and a date range for your trip. Then it will take you to a current list of that country’s restrictions. And yes, the Seychelles gets its due.
Look for the Cruise Vacations section on the Travel With Confidence homepage. Travel requirements and health protocols are constantly evolving and can vary by cruise line, ports of departure and ports of call.
Yes. Look for the Hotel Safety & Cleanliness section on the homepage. If a property is a member of the AAA Diamond Program, it meets AAA standards for cleanliness and service—whether it’s a budget hotel or a luxury resort. If you haven’t traveled in a while, you may notice that hotels have put in place (possibly permanently) changes to protect you, including contactless check-in and checkout and updated housekeeping procedures. When booking online at AAA.com/hotels, use the Best of Housekeeping filter to find the top properties for cleanliness.
Hardly. The bottom line: Travel insurance can help protect you from the unexpected and offers significant peace of mind.
